Prospect cottage is a pretty stone built cottage completely refurbished and modernized to make a welcome home for holidays.

Location:

  • The cottage is in the centre of St.Davids within walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and other facilities.
     
  • Well lit street with car parking in owners drive which is sloping and slightly uneven.  Otherwise “Pay & Display” car park 75 metres with disabled car parking spaces.
     
  • Drop off point for coaches at top of street.
     
  • Public minibus – frequent service to local beaches and return.
     
  • Public telephone kiosk 100 metres in square. Average mobile phone reception.
     

Description:

Downstairs

  • Entrance to property is via side gate and gravel passage. Cottage front doorway gas a 90mm high sill. Doorways are 760 mm wide.
     
  • Open plan sitting room/dining area and kitchen.
     
  • Slate flagged floor
     
  • Sitting area with 2 seater sofa and 1 arm chair.
     
  • Digital T.V., and DVD player (both with remote control) and Radio.
     
  • Decoratively good.  Lighting is adequate throughout.
     
  • Kitchen entrance is 600 mm wide. Worktop height is 960 mm. 
     
  • There is 1 bath and 1 shower downstairs and WC. Bathmats are available.
     
  • Access to owner's rear garden via steps up from graveled path..

Upstairs

  • Two bedrooms approached by flights of stairs. The staircase has a 90 degree bend and at top of the stairs is a small landing.
     

  • Flooring is exposed wooden boards.
     

  • One double and one single bedroom.
     
  • Feather pillows and duvets with pure cotton bed linen.
     

  • Light switches are at a height of between 1200 - 1300 mm.
     

  • There is additional bedroom lighting eg. Reading lamps available
     

  • Power points at an average height of  250 mm.
     

  • There is full gas central heating. 
     

  • One dog is welcome.
